Parade magazine documents Soldiers’ children’s struggle

Even America’s most popular magazine (or right wing manifesto, or throwaway) Parade is starting to get it about Soldier’s kids:

“We’re trying to understand how these children of military parents are doing, how they are faring academically, socially, and emotionally. The report shows that more may need to be done for them,” says Anita Chandra, the study's lead author and a behavioral scientist at Rand.
