DoD is at it again. I wonder what sort of waivers they will grant for experimentation on Soldiers that they don’t tell ‘em about:
Synthetic Blood receives DOD grant for clinical trials of blood substitute
Synthetic Blood International has received a grant from the U.S. Department of Defense for clinical trials that evaluate the effectiveness of Oxycyte in treating traumatic brain injury patients. The grant is worth $1.9 million. United Press International (3/3)
